Manual ultrasonic cleaning systems for excellent results
Ultrasonic cleaning is a very effective and at the same time gentle method for cleaning complex geometries as well as porous or polished surfaces. Using ultrasonic cleaning systems, most materials and surfaces can be cleaned deep into the pores, quickly and without additional manual rework. For the various applications of ultrasonic cleaning, KKS realizes tailor-made manual cleaning systems that fulfill customers’ requirements.
Modular cleaning lines with industrial ultrasonic devices

The modular ultrasonic units of the POLY Line can be used to configure cleaning lines that deliver outstanding results for cleaning tasks that are demanding in terms of process technology. This cleaning system concept combines high flexibility with compact design. The modular structure is based on proven KKS standard devices, whereby we adapt the design to customer-specific requirements. Various options and peripheral systems can be integrated, such as basket oscillation, overflow compartments, filter circuits, rinsing cascades, DI water treatment systems, etc.
Compact multi-chamber “cell cleaning” units
Ultrasonic cleaning at its best: KKS cell cleaning units of the KKS-H series are robust, reliable manual multi-chamber systems for industrial cleaning. The multi-chamber systems have an integrated control system with intuitive operation via a touch display. They allow the use of both emulsifying and demulsifying cleaning media. Hence, these cleaning systems are ideal for intermediate cleaning when a large amount of oil needs to be removed. Naturally, through the use of ultrasonic technology, they also achieve excellent cleaning results in the final cleaning process. For this purpose, KKS only uses its proprietary KKS SINGLE, DUAL and MIX frequency technology.
The cleaning tank can be provided with an oil separator (band skimmer). Both the cleaning tank and the rinsing tank are equipped with continuous media circulation and a micro-filter circuit. This ensures reproducible cleaning quality and a long service life for the cleaning and rinsing liquids.

Manual cleaning systems with lifting devices

KKS lift systems for ultrasonic cleaning boast a wide range of applications and consistent performance output. They guarantee excellent cleaning results and flexibility. Naturally, we adapt process engineering designs to customer-specific requirements.
Lifting units attached directly to the tanks automatically descend into the tanks and support the ultrasonic cleaning effect through vertical basket oscillation. When all lifting units are in the raised position, the baskets can be manually advanced to the next tank.

Qualified manual ultrasonic cleaning systems are the basis for successful process validation in the regulated environment
KKS has more than ten years’ experience in the qualification of manual cleaning systems. Manual ultrasonic cleaning systems are realized mainly on a customer-specific basis. Equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ) and computer system validation of equipment (CSV) can therefore be carried out as part of the project. This parallel approach by KKS offers another major advantage and huge time savings for our customers.
