KTR/KTRO automatic single-chamber ultrasonic cleaning systems

Compact KTR and KTRO single-chamber cleaning systems are the ideal solution for cleaning a wide range of parts with complex shapes.

The rotary unit on the KTR and oscillation on the KTRO system can be regulated to ensure gentle treatment of parts. With the single-chamber cleaning system, all processes (cleaning, rinsing, spray rinsing, DI rinsing and drying) are carried out fully automatically in the same working chamber. The different liquid agents for surface treatment are pumped from their storage tank to the working chamber via a filter system.

This design concept, combined with KKS’s proprietary DUAL and MIX ultrasonic technology, ensures excellent cleaning results from an extremely compact and space-saving unit.

Control systems and their operator panels are the central interface with the user and with higher-level IT systems or networks. KKS attaches great importance to reliable, user-friendly operator interfaces with process visualization. Integration into existing networks is ensured and tested using interfaces. The reliability of the “man-machine” interface is assured by the use of high-quality touchscreen panels.

With KKS remote maintenance, our service personnel can access the system and actively support the customer within minutes. Control of access rights remains with the customer at all times.

Automatic cleaning systems with Lift-Shift system

Modular Lift-Shift systems are designed for high-quality industrial ultrasonic cleaning of large workpieces or for high throughput.

When all lifting units are in the raised position, the automatic shift unit simultaneously moves all baskets on by one position to the tank position. Lifting units also optimize the cleaning result by moving the goods vertically during treatment in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Drying usually takes place in a tunnel, in which several baskets of goods are treated at the same time. Automation with the Lift-Shift system allows maximum continuity and reproducibility with high system output.

With this system concept and KKS’s own DUAL and MIX ultrasonic technology, even the most complicated geometries are intensively cleaned in the shortest possible time without extra manual work and without causing damage.

Automatic linear systems – fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning systems

Ultrasonic cleaning often forms just one step in a comprehensive cleaning or surface treatment process. KKS is a specialist in the definition of customer-specific cleaning processes and the development and manufacture of automatic cleaning systems.

Consistent control and monitoring of relevant process parameters as well as an integrated, automatic transport system guarantee maximum process reliability and reproducibility. The high-performance systems are equipped with industrial controls that record and process all process-relevant data as required. This allows integrated or external process data management and/or archiving.
