Ultrasonic generators for ultrasonic cleaning
KKS ultrasonic generators are designed on the basis of KKS ultrasonic technology. The ultrasonic generators are optimally tailored to the requirements of industrial users and are remarkable for their maximum continuous output (up to 2000 watts) with minimal space requirements. Maximum availability is guaranteed through integrated short-circuit and open-circuit protection. The hardware and software undergo continuous further development. Automatic frequency modulation, frequency optimization, and power stabilization of our ultrasonic generators ensure the best possible cleaning results with ultrasonic cleaning.
Ultrasound generation
The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is based on the introduction of high-energy sound waves into an aqueous cleaning media that completely surrounds the parts being cleaned. The ultrasound is generated by ultrasonic transducers, controlled by an ultrasonic generator, which converts mains voltage into the corresponding ultrasonic frequency and output voltage.
First-class components
KKS high-performance ultrasonic components for aqueous cleaning offer a number of outstanding features:
- Compact and powerful – individual ultrasonic modules up to 2000 watts
- Maximum safety – short-circuit and no-load protection
- Best cleaning results – automatic frequency modulation (sweep), frequency optimization and maintenance of constant output
- Multiple uses – different ultrasonic frequencies for SINGLE, DUAL or MIX applications
- Communicative – KKS ultrasonic generators can be easily integrated into control systems
