POLY Line – Ultrasonic tanks for professional industrial parts cleaning

POLY Line ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing tanks are robust and reliable devices for industrial parts cleaning. They boast a wide range of applications – “poly” means many – and a high and consistent power output. The devices are available in a wide range of versions, sizes and combinations. There are devices with oil separators, devices with two chambers for cleaning and rinsing, devices for passivation and rinsing tanks with an overflow compartment and flow rinsing kits.  Preservation tanks guarantee optimum corrosion protection of cleaned parts. The POLY Line also includes a powerful hot-air dryer and a blow-off table for convenient manual blow-off of parts with compressed air.

All ultrasonic tanks can be equipped with KKS SINGLE, DUAL or MIX ultrasonic technology. The ultrasonic transducers are mounted on the tank bottom as standard, or on the tank bottom and on one side of the tank.

The devices are of modular design and can be combined as required to create a process line. Thanks to KKS’s high level of vertical integration and flexibility, these customized devices can be delivered in the shortest possible time.

POLY Line ultrasonic devices are manufactured to the customer’s order and adapted to individual requirements. Short delivery times are nevertheless guaranteed.
